Fermented Garlic+Ginger Honey
Made with local honey (of course), garlic and fresh ginger. Those three ingredients together are an excellent immune booster, but taking that additional step of fermenting it adds a whole other spectrum of benefits thanks to probiotics. Probiotics = gut health, and gut health = full body health.
