Coconut Yoghurt

Our coconut yoghurt is completely plant based, gluten free, and unprocessed, meaning you can have it without a care in the world about undesirable ingredients. And in my opinion it beats the dairy version, the texture is silky, the mouth feel is on point. It’s coconut based, made with probiotics and sweetened with our homemade cane syrup. 
It's great on it's own, in a parfait, fruit bowls, or added to smoothies, soups, dips, sauces.

Turmeric Latte

We make our Turmeric Lattes from scratch, with all whole food ingredients. Fresh rich coconut milk is key, with ginger, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, a pinch of sea or Himalayan salt, pepper, and sweeten lightly with our homemade sugar cane syrup.

It's great as a warm or cold beverage. But, its real beauty is in the therapeutic benefits. It's excellent as a pain reliever because of its anti-inflammatory properties, 10z daily or every other day is enough to see significant and sustained improvement in chronic back and joint pains, and help with menstrual cramps and muscle soreness, its also a great immune booster, and brain food.

Spiced Coconut Latte

FROM OUR SEASONAL HOLIDAY TABLE MENU. MADE WITH RICH COCONUT MILK SPICED WITH WARM NOTES OF CINNAMON, NUTMEG, AND REAL VANILLA. PERFECT FOR SPIKING/AS A BASE FOR RUM CREAM. SERVE WARM OR COLD.

Chia Creme Pudding

This is NOT your average chia pudding. It’s like deliciousness on crack! The base is our spiced coconut latte, which by itself is a dreamy indulgence with notes of real vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of nutmeg  then we add chia seeds, which ups that silky, creamy texture.

 

Then we add toppings! Toppings vary with each batch, but our most popular version is our from scratch toasted coconut, with our homemade coconut caramel sauce, and a sprinkling of hemp seeds to boost the nutritional profile/benefit.

Spicy Sorrel Relish

Diced sorrel, spiced with scotchie and pimento, and reduced in cane syrup and fresh pineapple juice. No water added! The result is intense flavour - tart, sweet, spicy,  with fruity notes. Perfect as a salad topper, on the side of your plate, or as a spread.

Sorrel Sauce

A little sweet, sorrel tart, and ginger spiced, with notes of citrus. Perfect as a salad dressing, a marinade, a drizzle, or to add a little extra oomph to a dessert.

Made with ortaniques, sorrel, ginger and sweetened with homemade sugar care syrup.

"Cheesy" Roasted Pepper Sauce

COMPLETELY PLANT BASED, UNPROCESSED, MADE FROM SCRATCH, AND ALWAYS A CROWD PLEASER. IT'S CREAMY, WITH A TINY KICK OF HEAT, AND A SURPRISINGLY PEPPER JACK/NACHO CHEESY FLAVOUR. GREAT AS A DIP, SPREAD, SALAD DRESSING, OR PASTA SAUCE.

Gluten Free Sweet Potato Pudding

Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free Sweet Potato Pudding. Made from scratch with sweet potato, fresh coconut and fresh coconut milk, nutmeg, vanilla, sea salt and sweetened with our homemade sugar cane syrup.

Baked to ooey goey guilt free perfection with the "sa'af pon top".
