Kelle welle is ripe plantains marinated in whatever spices you choose. Our choice is ginger because it caramelizes beautifully with the plantain.
 
Because plantain is (in my opinion) best freshly prepared, we slice and marinate it for you, and all you’ve got to do is fry (or bake) it fresh for your table.
